CDPAP SFI – UPDATED DOH GUIDANCE – 4/14/25
On April 14, the Department of Health shared new procedural guidance in light of the recent preliminary injunction in connection with the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary transition process. The new DOH guidance can be found here.
