Critical Hospice Connects Meeting on April 16
Join HCANYS on April 16 from 1030 – 1130 am for a critical meeting of our hospice members to discuss and provide input on:
- The Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) Tool;
- The CMS Proposed FY 2026 Hospice Payment Rule (if issued by the 16th);
- Other key state and federal hospice developments.
HCANYS will be joined in this important meeting by the chief hospice and palliative care team of our national affiliate, the National Alliance for Care at Home, to directly discuss and receive input on these items from HCANYS and HCANYS hospice members.
Joining us will be Katie Wehri (Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Compliance) and Patrick M. Harrison, JD (Senior Director, Regulatory & Compliance) from the Alliance.
The meeting will include both analytical and advocacy discussions. Please include as many of your staff as you would like for this discussion, including your medical director and physicians/physician offices with whom you work!
