Led by Joy Bowles, RN, the series provides practical education on HHVBP, including performance scores, OASIS and claims-based measures, HHCAHPS, QAPI alignment, documentation and strategies for improving outcomes.
Each session includes a 30-minute prerecorded presentation followed by a live Q&A, along with a brief Clinical Bonus Video that agencies can share with their clinical teams.
The eight sessions will take place every other Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:00 PM ET, beginning August 26 and running through December 2, with live Q&A included.
