The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has published the latest Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Quarterly Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), which provide key answers, updates and clarifications.

Many of the questions and responses specifically address the upcoming all-payer OASIS collection and reporting requirements, set to take effect July 1, 2025.
