NGS Closed for Juneteenth Holiday

National Government Services (NGS), New York’s principal Medicaid Administrative Contractor (MAC) for home health and hospice providers, will be closed on Thursday, June 19 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. This includes the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Help Desk, Provider Contact Center, Provider Enrollment Line, and Telephone Reopening Unit.   

Electronic claim files transmitted after 5 p.m. on June 18, 2025 will have a claim receipt date of June 20, 2025.    

The Fiscal Intermediary Standard System Direct Data Entry (FISS/DDE) Provider Online System will be available during regular hours. While FISS/DDE will be available, there will be no support available to respond to any issues. 

NGS’ offices will reopen on Friday, June 20, for normal business hours.
